This material used in golf keeps the kick point low and responds quickly. In the fishing rod it gives you added control and more beef in the lower section of the rod, but still keeps the action of the tip and tapers of our existing XLH70 series. This new development has been tested for a year and a half, with remarkable results. Our walleye anglers using this series, cannot believe the power of the hookset along with the soft tip for the utmost in sensitivity. Our bass anglers are amazed at how easy it is to pitch a shoreline and have the Reserve Power needed to set the hook and take control of the bass when needed. We also make a complete line of Peacock Bass rods specially designed to reduce the weight of the rods and give the Reserve Power needed in setting the hooks.
