When a company is sold or changes hands or goes out of business, Grandt Industries, Inc. is no longer liable for any warranty products sold to the end user on Private Label rods where Grandt Industries, Inc. name is not on the rod. This warranty of Lifetime was issued to the end user by the store or company and not by Grandt Industries, Inc.
