Payment Terms:

Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Checks, Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks all made payable to Grandt Industries, Inc.,

All sales to be shipped to an Illinois customer will be subject to the current Illinois Sales Tax. Out of state orders ONLINE will pay only standard shipping rates on top of the product price. Out of state SHOW PURCHASE will be subject to that state’s Sales Tax at time of purchase. We DO NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS through our website.

Any fishing rod longer than 7'6"  is subject to additional charges due to oversized fees from FedEx.  Call for rates and specify reasons for call.

Split Bamboo Refinishing is a service and is subject to sales tax and shipping fees. All Refinishing services receive a Replacement Cost Appraisal with all refinishing work done by Grandt Industries.

All products must be paid in full before shipping and/or delivery. All Custom Orders are paid in full at time of order. There are no cancellations of orders once they are placed as these are custom designs including specialty components that are deducted from inventory at time of sale. No refunds on any products and all sales are final.

Any checks returned for non sufficient funds are subject to $50.00 penalty (amount is subject to change at any time) plus collection, court costs and attorney’s fees as well as filing fees. If litigation is necessary to collect payments due to Grandt Industries, all litigation will be in the County of Cook in Illinois .

Late Payment Policy or non sufficient funds to be paid to Grandt Industries, Inc. at 2.5% per month late fees during collection.

All Warranty Processing to be referred to in the Lifetime Warranty Section, No Exceptions.

We do not offer a Pick Up Service for Purchased Products or Warranty Products.

All reels are to be warranted through the Reel Manufacturer Directly (Not Grandt Industries, Inc.)
